Having trained and competed in Inline/Ice Hockey for 15+ years, I then moved into CrossFit in which I competed. Along the way I fell in love with the CrossFit training methodology.

Studying Sports and Exercise Science was just the beginning. Then came Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit, Personal Training along with much more. I have also had the opportunity to learn from leading elite athletic professionals across the world within the field of sport. 

I have an incredible passion for fitness and the power fitness has on mindset and mental health.

I have a few loves in my life; my husband, my son, hiking, and fitness. 

I have been involved in fitness for over 11 years and have never been a part of something as special as what we have at RPA.

Romi: Intern Coach

CrossFit has translated well beyond the gym walls for me. It has become my lifestyle – the constant need of betterment. What separates CrossFit from the other driving factors in my life however are the incredible relationships and camaraderie that inherently come with this experience. It’s a program that brings together all walks of life – and thrives off it. With the sole requirement being the will to succeed, CrossFit is truly for anyone who is willing to try.

My drive to become a coach is so that I can help others realise their own abilities and achieve things they didn’t think possible. Helping others learn, challenge themselves, and realise how lucky they are, are pursuits that I am incredibly passionate about.

Lauren: Nutrition Coach

I've been coaching clients on their nutrition, full-time, online, for the last 2 years. I am passionate about health, lifestyle and making sure you live life to the fullest. 

After qualifying as a nutrtion coach, I worked with athletes predominantly looking at nutritional impact on performance and training.

I encourage clients to ditch the diet mentality and enjoy real, whole foods. I truly believe we can fight against lifestyle diseases from inactivity through nutrtion and fitness.
