When you join RocketPWR, you’re not just a number. At other gyms, you pay to ‘rent out space’ on the floor. Here, you are paying for guidance, accountability, and motivation from professionals who know how to get it done.

Craig: Owner/Head Coach

Having trained and competed in Inline/Ice Hockey for 15+ years, I then moved into Functional Fitness due to the competitive aspect. Along the way I fell in love with the training methodology.

Studying 'Sports and Exercise Science' was just the beginning. Then came 'Strength and Conditioning' (S&C), 'British Weightlifting' (BWL) andmany others. I have also had the opportunity to learn from leading elite athletic professionals across the world within the field of sport.

I have an incredible passion for fitness and the power fitness has on mindset and mental health.

Craig. D: Coach

Ever since I was young, I have had a love for sport and being active. After many years of playing rugby, I was looking for something to replicate the camaraderie of putting a shift in with friends. This is where functional Fitness came in.

Training with this method you get to work on all ten elements of fitness. Along with the prior mentioned it builds a stronger mindset.

The fun and excitement that comes from training in a group environment far outweighs that of a commercial gym. Training with friends and seeing them achieve something they thought not possible, or for yourself, whether that be hitting a specific number on a lift, getting that first pull up, being able to run a distance without stopping or just being healthier for yourself and your family.

This is for me. This is for everyone.

Sam: Coach

Throughout my childhood I always played sport, whether that was football, rugby or cricket. I always wanted to be physically active and this lead to me to first walking into a gym aged 12.

I have spent many years trialling different training methods and, have now established a routine of Body Building and Functional as my favourite way's to train.

I studied Sport Psychology at University and qualified as a PT shortly after. University showed me the mental benefits of exercise, as well as the physical.

I now use my years of experience and passion for fitness to help others see these same benefits.
